I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Desenzano, near Lake Garda, for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and town center, and a quick 10-minute trip to the station for day trips to Verona and Venice. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide range of hot and cold choices, fresh fruit, and even a delightful chocolate fountain. The hotel also offered a nice pool and a bar with a variety of snacks and nibbles. a wonderful place to stay!
